Welcome, I’m Mariana

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in HR leadership across North America, LATAM, Europe, and India, supporting people and organizations through growth, change, and complexity. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how much professional growth is shaped not only by skill and opportunity, but also by identity, context, confidence, and the ability to adapt.

My coaching is grounded in real-world experience and shaped by a strong belief in trust, open conversation, and intentional growth. I work with professionals who are navigating change, leadership challenges, career decisions, or reinvention, and who want support that is both reflective and practical.

As an immigrant and HR leader who has rebuilt more than once, I know firsthand that transitions can be disorienting. They can also become powerful turning points. That lived experience informs how I coach: with empathy, clarity, honesty, and a strong respect for each person’s process.

Moving into consulting and coaching allowed me to bring together my passion for individual growth with everything I’ve learned from years of supporting organizations and leaders. My goal is to help people move forward with more clarity, confidence, and alignment, in ways that feel real and sustainable.
